This Privacy Policy applies to the website rebeccascarberry.com and any related pages, products, services, and email communications offered by Rebecca Scarberry, a sole proprietor based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States (referred to in this policy as "I," "me," or "my").

• Gelato for physical artwork printing and shipping (only when you place an order)

• Hosting and storage providers that store the site and its data

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and is contractually required to protect your information.

I do not sell your personal information to anyone. Ever. Full stop.

I may disclose your information if required by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order, or if I need to protect the rights, safety, or property of myself, my customers, or the public.

5. How long I keep your information

I keep your information only as long as I need it for the purposes described above:

• Email subscribers: Until you unsubscribe, then I delete your record within 30 days
• Customers (digital products): As long as you have an active account or for 7 years for tax and accounting purposes
• Customers (physical products): As long as needed for fulfillment, returns, and tax records (typically 7 years)
• Consulting clients: For the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for tax records
• Site analytics: Aggregated and anonymized after 26 months

6. How I protect your information

I use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure third-party processors, and access controls on any systems where your information is stored. That said, no system is perfect, and I cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach ever occurred that affected your information, I would notify you as quickly as possible.
